Mobility Support

Steady assistance with walking, transfers, and fall prevention.

Staying steady on your feet is one of the biggest factors in staying independent — and one of the first things families start to worry about as a loved one ages or recovers from illness. Our caregivers provide hands-on, patient support with walking, standing, and transferring safely between bed, chair, wheelchair, and bathroom. We also help identify fall risks around the home, like loose rugs or poor lighting, and encourage safe movement habits throughout the day. Whether it's a short walk to the mailbox or getting safely in and out of the shower, our goal is always the same: confidence and safety, without taking away independence. This service pairs well with Personal Care Assistance and Post-Hospital Transition Support for clients recovering from a fall, surgery, or extended illness.
